An order using fraudulent credit card numbers
will be rejected. Also, orders that take disproportionate time
to the size of the order gets rejected. Finally, Reddy Stamps
reserves the right to reject orders that do not meet our credit
limit or prepayment guidelines.
1b. We cannot clearly see information on the typestyles
sheet, why?
We are working on this item to make text styles information as sharp
as possible. Thank you for your patience. Let us know
your fax no. and we can fax you a copy of the custom stamp typestyle
chart or any other information that you need.
1c. How can I see the proof before you make my custom
stamp?
Stamp-Ever is always be delighted to send you proof via fax and
Xstamper may charge $10 per proof. Please give your fax number
when ordering.
1d. Is there a charge for proof and what
free services do you offer? No. We offer free custom design and free
expert advice. All these services are free when you buy and not so
when you cancel the order after substantial work is done. We
also have created a new site where you can preview free before

1e. What if I made a mistake in ordering? Ask for
proof and give your fax no. and in that way, you don't have to
purchase the stamp if you did not like it. And your money will
be refunded.
2a. I have more than five lines of
text and a logo. How can I upload these?
Some stamps may have more than 10 lines of text plus logo. In
these cases, please fax the text and e-mail the logo in 300 dpi
jpeg.
2b. How long will it take to get refund?
Most refunds within a week and some can take up to 30 days depending
on what is involved.
2c. What is so unique about your web site?
We are the only place shoppers can purchase Stamp-Ever and/or
Xstamper brands at the same time. Both these brands are
well-known top brand names in the industry and their products are
lifetime guaranteed with excellent back up service from the
manufacturer and by us.
2d. Do you ship overseas?
All overseas orders must be paid in advance including estimated
shipping costs by wire transfer only. No credit cards.
2e. How do we know your prices are cheaper than
competitors?
By comparing prices of our competitors. Also, we do not charge
extra fees for custom design, proof, and consulting.
3a. What is the difference between
pre-inked and self-inking stamp?
The main difference is that pre-inked stamps give you 50,000
impressions and are re-inkable (need to use Stamp-Ever or Xstamper
ink only). It depending on the brand of stamp you purchased.
Self-inking stamps print 25,000 impressions and you need to replace
the ink cartridge. Also, self-inking stamps by design
are a little bulky and not easy to carry around.
Re-inking ink and replacement ink cartridges can be bought from us
online or from office supply stores.
3b. What is the difference between
Stamp-Ever and Xstamper brands?
First, these are two top brands in the industry. Xstamper brand is
at the higher end and has more variety. Second, both companies
have other office supply products as well. Third, most of
their products are guaranteed for life. See their catalogs
online by returning to home page and clicking on the appropriate
link.
3C. How and what needs to be sent to you for logo
stamps/embossers?
Send 300 dpi black and white jpeg image of the logo for stamps and
embossers to
sales1@reddystamp.com with ORD No. for reference and tell us
where to be place it (top of the address, left, right, etc.) We may
contact you if needed.
Send signatures via fax to 229-247-9584. Stamp-Ever may charge
$10 extra for faxed signatures and Xstamper does not. You can
also send the signatures via e-mail like logos. Or send 3 original
signatures by mail to Customer Service, Reddy Stamps, LLC, 1166 Old
Meadow Road, Valdosta, Ga 31605 referring your ORD No.
3D. Why don't you take custom stamp orders over phone?
Phone orders for standard items is O.K. But we prefer
information regarding custom address stamps to be sent to us via
the shopping cart, e-mail, or fax so that there are no spelling and
other errors.
3E. What is the turn around time?
Usually 3-5 days. When proofs are sent to customer, add one or
two days extra.
Orders are shipped via USPS priority mail or UPS to ensure
quick delivery. Express shipment option is
also available. If you did not get your stamp within two
weeks, please contact us with your ORD No. so that we may find
out and let you know about the status of your order.
4a. Do you make stamps that imprint on glossy surface?
Yes, we do and these are known as pre-inked industrial stamps or
quick dry ink
stamps. Xstamper makes them in four basic sizes. We also
have dater stamps that can perform the same way. Please
contact us.
4b. Do you make stamps that print in white, yellow, or
orange colors?
Our pre-inked industrial stamps come in white, yellow, orange,
black, blue, purple, red, and green.
4c. Do you make stamps that imprint on
metal surface?
Yes, we do. These are known as pre-inked industrial stamps
made by Xstamper.
4d. Do you make stamps that print prices
on plastic bags?
Yes, we do and these are known as quick dry ink stamps made by
Xstamper.
4e. How do you compare yourself with Office Max,
Staples, Viking, and other Office
supply stores online?
We are the No. 1 as far as custom made pre-inked, self-inking, and

give you outstanding customer service besides superior products and

5a. How should I order replacement pad
for Stamp-Ever 5440?
In the instructions of the shopping cart please indicate the following
product ID Nos. 5430 Black 97622 5430
Blue 97623 5430 Red 97624 5430 Blue/Red
97626. Similarly, others like 5430, etc. have various nos.
Or You can also write the no. on the back of the stamp pad along
with description of the color(s).
5b. What is the best way to contact you in person?
E-mail is the best. However, keep trying the phone numbers
listed on the home page at various times. Also, try to leave
message so that someone can get back with you ASAP.
5c. Can you express ship our stamp so we can get it
tomorrow?
We get one too many requests like this. Both Xstamper and
Stamp-Ever not only make custom stamps and they do thousands of
other office supply products. To keep their operation
effective, they do not usually deviate from their order filling and
delivering procedure. Only time they might even listen to us
is when you order 1000 or more custom stamps. So, usually, for
most custom made stamps, it will take about good 5 days before you
get the stamp and sometimes it takes a couple of weeks if you have a
proof that is going back and forth for correction or change.
5d. Can you ship to my UPS or Fedex account?
For the same reasons in 5c, these companies do not deviate from
their shipping pattern. Either you get your merchandise by UPS
or priority mail or by next day air if you have asked for it.
5e. How long does it take to get my re-inking ink or
replacement ink pads?
Usually, three to five days via priority mail or UPS.
6a. Do you ship to military bases and aps addresses?
Yes, we do.
6b. Do you take small orders?
Yes. Minimum order is around $20.00
6c. Do you ship to Canada?
Sorry, we don't ship to Canada.
6d. Do you ship overseas?
Only for prepaid orders. No credit cards. Wire transfer
only. Shipping cost by estimate only. We may not be able
to ship to some countries because of customs restrictions.
6e. Why is there delay in getting my order shipped?
Occasionally, your order could get delayed due to reasons beyond our
control
such as we did not get back the proof from you or the manufacturer
may have run of the stamp mounts and waiting for the new ones.
However, these situations are quite rare.
7a. Why do you charge for shipping while some
of your competitors offer it for free?
We ship only via priority mail or UPS standard and it is costly.
Free shipping
by our competitors invariably is by regular mail and
that could mean delayed delivery by 2-4 weeks. Also, our competitors might charge for
the design and sending you proof. Their charges can be as high as $15 and we offer
these valuable services to you for free. Stamp-Ever does not charge
for proof and Xstamper may charge a fee for the proof.
7b. Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes, we do.
7c. Is there a minimum order for shipping to APO addresses?
No. We accept small, medium, and large orders. The average
order size is around $30.
7d. Can I place a credit card order by fax?
Yes, certainly you can. Please send your fax order to
229-241-9584.
7e. How does your order processing work?
Once you place an order online or offline, your order goes to
manufacturing and will be shipped within a day or two reaching your
place in 4-5 days. However, if a proof is involved it can be
delayed by a day or two. In any case, if you have not received
your stamp in 2 weeks, you should check the order status with us.
8a. How do I pay using PayPal?
Click on the PayPal link at the merchant's site and give the details
of your payment and for why.
8b. I paid for express delivery and I have not received the
shipment yet, why?
Express orders without any order clarity or proof holds will be
shipped immediately as soon as they are manufactured in 3-5 days.
Lack of order clarity or proofing by us and by the customer can hold
up orders 2-3 days. Compare industry standard for custom made
work for express orders 2 weeks.
8c. Dow we pay sales tax if we are a sales tax exempt agency?
Sales tax is collected only from Georgia residents and companies at
this time
If you are an any type of government agency (State, Federal, City,
etc.), you are tax exempt. Please fax your exempt status
information for our records and send your order also via fax instead
of via the shopping cart.
8d. How long does it take to get my stamp
delivered to me?
One day for order processing, two days for making and shipping it,
and allow 2-3 days for priority mail to arrive at your door steps.
All in all, you should normally get your stamp in 5 work days.
Sometime a little faster and a day or two later. If you have a
proof and reproof involved, it might take a couple of more days. We
are still the fastest when compared to Wal-Mart, Office Max, and
Staples.
8e. How do you claim to be delivering 200% satisfaction?
We want your business for sure, but we want you to be 200% satisfied
with our products and service level. Both Xstamper and
Stamp-Ever have the capabilities of handling huge orders and deliver
them fast to your address.
9a. I ordered my stamp 3 weeks ago, and
I still did not get it. What should I do?
Occasionally stamps miss delivery due to incorrect address or simply
get
lost in mail. In any case, you should let us know
that you have not received your stamp so that we can track your
order and send you another one if it is lost in the mail.
9b. How do I re-ink Stamp-Ever inked
stamps?
Place a few drops of re-inking ink directly on the pad and keep it
upside down for a while before using it again. If your stamp
is self-inked (without a dial in the center), you will have to order
replacement pads. Pull out the cartridge or pad (for date
stamps), note the number on the back of it (like 6/4750, etc.) along
with the color, and put this information in the instructions part of
the order in the shopping cart.
9c. I put a mix of stamps, signs, etc. in the shopping cart
and it doesn't seem to work. What shall I do?
Seldom this happens. We regret your inconvenience when this
happens. A work around is simply send the order via e-mail or
fax and we will give your free shipping for the entire order.
We will call you if we need any clarification on your order.
9d. When there is an obvious manufacturing
error, who should I contact?
You can contact us or the manufacturer for any manufacturing defect.
If it is a billing question, you should of course contact us.
9e. I called several times and also faxed the information.
I am not getting any response. What should I do?
You can always reach us via e-mail. Click on the link for
e-mail on the home page and send us your e-mail. You will get
a quick reply.
10 a.
Just how long does it take to get my
order?
Allow 1-2 days for order processing; 2-3 days for manufacturing; 2-3
days for the order to arrive at your place (usually via priority
mail). If you did not get your order within 5-7 workdays,
contact Reddy Stamps to check the status. If you asked for
proof, it might delay your order by a couple of days as the proof
goes back and forth between you and the company.
10 b. I paid for express shipping and I did not get my order
yet since I placed two days ago?
Express shipping does gets shipped very fast (immediately after
manufacturing) by air or priority mail. It does not mean
however express manufacturing meaning that either Xstamper and/or
Stamp-Ever stop everything they do and manufacture your order.
Perhaps, they many in cases where the order is substantially large
like 10,000 stamps.
10 c. I want to order a replacement pad through your shopping cart
but the information there does not explain what is the correct code
for my pad. What should I do?
The correct code for your stamp should be on the back of your pad
itself. In addition, you can also describe by telling us the
item no. like 5460, etc. This you can do under instructions as
you complete the check out.
10 d. I tried to place the order through your shopping cart
and I suspect that my order may not have gone through. What to
do now?
Occasionally, during the Internet busy times like 10
AM to 2 AM, your order may not go through properly. In cases
such as these, please retry it another time or let us know by e-mail so
we can check and advise you what to do. Also, try to place the
order again later in less busytimes like early morning , late
evening, and nighttime.
10e. Hello! I needed to check on an
order. I ordered 2 stamps 2 weeks ago and only received one.
Is the other one on it's way? If you are sending them separately,
do I have to pay for shipping twice?
Occasionally, Stamp-Ever does send partial shipment for internal
reasons If one does not receive the full shipment
immediately following the first shipment, please feel free to
check with us. There is no extra shipment charge to
customers when manufacturer sends partial shipments. We
appreciate your patience and cooperation when these things
happen to you.
11a. I have ordered Stamp-Ever self-inking stamp and
received the Trodat brand instead. What is happening?
Trodat had
been supplying Stamp-Ever brand self-inking stamps also. In
2007, Trodat stopped shipping Stamp-Ever brand stamp heads and
therefore, Stamp-Ever brand stamp heads are no longer available.
As far as the ink pads, they are interchangeable between Stamp-Ever
and Trodat brands. Stamp-Ever, however, continues to make
their own stamp heads for pre-inked stamps.

Do you give our money back on products that we are not satisfied?
We will
gladly refund your money on resalable products after deducting
restocking charge of 20% and this is strictly limited to non-custom

Unfortunately
we cannot refund your money on custom made stamps and products because we cannot sell these
products to any one else. However, if we have made a mistake
(spelling, etc.) in the manufacturing, we will replace
the stamp for free. Also, to avoid problems of ordering a wrong
stamp, you can request a free proof from Stamp-Ever.

Yes,
once you buy using your credit card your account becomes established
and active till you instruct us otherwise. 5.
What credit cards do you accept for payment?
VISA,
MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. We
also accept payments through PAYPAL, wire transfer, personal or
company checks and Money Orders. We take purchase orders
from repeat and/or known customers. Shopping cart orders are
limited to U.S. customers only. 6.
How soon can you deliver the products?
Usually,
it takes about a day for order processing, 2-3 days for
manufacturing, and more if there are issues like proofs, internal
remakes, etc. and finally one should get their order delivered
within 5 work days. 7.
Why can't we buy from the manufacturer instead of buying through
you?
Direct
ordering with manufacturers may not be possible. Besides, manufacturers may not be willing to give you discounts
up to 75% off list prices that we could do because of our long-term contacts
and business relationship with them.
It is just like ordering books direct through a publisher instead of going
to a discount merchant like Amazon.com. We offer you the convenience
of web shopping and also we carry hundreds of products manufactured by
brand names like Stamp-Ever, Xstamper, Millennium, and Ideal.
We are just a click away alternative to you than visiting an office supplies
or a stationery supplier store where you will have to spend a lot of time
going through the traffic, talk to sales people who may or may not have
the knowledge or expertise in the field. In essence, we save you both time and
money.

9. Do you accept foreign orders?
No. We will
ship prepaid foreign orders only to known customers and U.S.
government and military.
10. Are your prices competitive?
We spend a lot of time comparing our
prices with those of the competitors. First, most of our competitors
who seem to be selling at low prices either sell
unknown low quality brands and/or start adding hidden costs such as set up fee,
etc. Second, we sell brand name stamps at a flat $6 shipping and handling
fee. In most cases we ship products immediately or next day
and give you a great service such as free proof and order tracking
depending on the brand you buy. This
is not true with our competitors who typically take 2-3 weeks to deliver stamps
and embossers offer no free proof or add $10-$15 for the proof.
We also offer free shipping for qualified orders.
The quality or performance of the unknowns brands does not come
near our Xstamper and Stamp-Ever brands. We have had many
customers complain about how flimsy such non-brand products were.
So, please don't compare apples with oranges. Our products are
priced right! Being honest with customers and offering a world
class service is of top priority to us. We are in
business for eight years because our prices are very competitive.
On qualified bulk orders, we can sell as low as 70% off the list
prices along with free proof and free shipping.
11. What happens if I selected a wrong size?
Sometimes, customers choose wrong size or font without the knowledge
of whether the text content will fit the stamp size chosen or not.
In these cases, the manufacturer determines the right size and makes
the right kind of stamp.
12. What happens if we don't return proof within a day or two?
Sending customers proof via fax is a special service that we offer
our customers free of charge. When a proof is not
returned promptly within a day or two, we consider that the customer
has accepted the proof as is. Any change there after may cost
the customer.
13. How do we re-ink the pre-inked stamps?
Each brand has its own method of re-inking. Xstampers are
refilled by pouring Xstamper re-inking fluid from the top through a
special place provided for the purpose. Stamp-Ever stamps are
refilled by placing Stamp-Ever re-inking fluid directly on the top
of the pad till it is saturated. All self-inking stamps use
re-inking cartridges. Do not use non-brand inks or mix brand
names that will damage the stamps.
14. What do we do when we can't always get you on telephone?
We
may not always be available on phone because our service
representatives are attending other customers or completing the
orders processed. Please do leave a message and we will return
your call as soon as possible. Or send us an e-mail to the
e-mail address given at the home page.
15. How do we track my order?
If
you did not get your stamp within two weeks, please e-mail or call
us with your name, date ordered, order number, stamp type, text in
the stamp, proof of charge, etc. Occasionally, delays can
occur due to proof not yet received from the customer, and the
manufacturer may have temporary shortage of stamp mount or parts. In
any case, please do not hesitate to contact us about your order.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.
16. What if I ordered a wrong size Stamp?
When
customers order PH01 for SE01 for a four
line or script font, we usually let the customer know about the
problem and upgrade the order to a larger
size.
Ordering a wrong size delays getting the stamp. The customer
should either research the site or contact customer service before
ordering.
17. Why the shopping cart does not have all the options shown
in the catalogs?
It was not
possible to include all the options and choices that we have in our
catalogs. Please contact us through e-mail or telephone.
We can design and build any of our products to suit your special
needs.
18. What to do when the shopping cart did not go through
properly?
Because of heavy internet traffic and other reasons, it is possible
that sometimes shopping cart order processing is delayed or fail to
process properly. Please contact us through e-mail or fax to
let us know if you face such a problem. We will do what we can
to resolve the problem at once.
19. Why shopping cart or e-mail order is better than telephone
order?
It is
because with the shopping cart or e-mail order there is more
accuracy and also an invoice will be immediately sent to customer
with the shopping cart orders.
20. We did not get the invoice with the shipment, what should
we do?
Shopping Cart customers get e-mail invoice. Those who have
ordered via telephone, fax, e-mail, etc., there may be a delay in
getting the invoice. If you have not received the invoice in a
reasonable time, please do let us know.
21. Why is my transaction not going through your shopping
cart?
Your transaction will not go through our shopping cart because of
AVS mismatch meaning the billing address you gave the shopping cart
is not correct. Verify the billing address of the cardholder
and try it again. If that cannot be done for some reason, send
your order via fax 1-800-749-0512 and if we feel that your
organization merits instant credit approval, we will fulfill the
order and bill you for the payment.
Military personnel should avoid putting APS, etc. in the zip code,
just the five number zip code please!
22. I purchased a Stamp-Ever stamp at Wal-Mart and I have not
received the stamp so far. What should I do?
We
are only dealers of Stamp-Ever and Xstamper brands. You need to
directly contact U.S. Stamp & Sign, the makers of Stamp-Ever brand,
who also market their products through Wal-Mart. Their
customer service number is 1-800-325-7409.
